Tracking Numbers For Website Orders
For orders placed through our website, your tracking number can be found in the following ways:
- If you have an account: Sign in to your account, click on "View Order Status" and find the order number. Click on the "View Order Details" link. The tracking number will be at the bottom of the order summary under the "Shipments" heading.
- Check your email: You will receive an email with the tracking number within 48 hours of shipping.
- If you placed an order as a "Guest": Contact the Univair sales department for your tracking number.
What if I can't find the email with my tracking number?
- Please allow up to 48 hours after the package ships to receive your tracking number. Some carriers can take this long to update tracking information in their system.
- Verify that you used a valid email address to place your order and that you spelled it correctly. Invalid and misspelled email addresses will bounce back as undeliverable. Please contact Univair to correct your email address.
- Check your spam or junk folders.
If you still cannot find the email confirmation, contact the Univair sales department for your tracking number.
