Making Changes To An Order
Orders can be edited any time prior to shipping by calling us at 303-375-8882 or 1-888-433-5433 during regular business hours. This includes:
- Adding items to an existing order
- Deleting items from an existing order
- Adjusting quantities of items order
- Changing sizes or colors of items with those options
- Changing a shipping address
- Changing a shipping method
- Changing a payment method
- Requesting or cancelling 8130-3 export documentation
Please CALL US with your changes. Requests sent through email may not be honored.
If possible, we will attempt to combine all your outstanding orders into one delivery to save you on shipping charges, but we do not guarantee this will always happen, even if you request it.
Once an order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to it, including changing the shipping address or method, or to add export documentation.
Note that we CANNOT send 8130-3 documentation after the order has left our warehouse. See this article for more information.
Canceling An Order
Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipping by contacting our sales team at 303-375-8882 or 1-888-433-5433 during regular business hours.
Please do not email us your cancellation request, as we may not see the email before the order ships.
Note that once your order ships (leaves our warehouse), we cannot cancel it. You will have to return any unwanted parts at your expense.
