For Customers in the United States
To ship the same day, your order must be received at Univair before 12:00 noon Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Orders that do not meet this deadline will be shipped the next business day.
Rush AOG (Aircraft On Ground) orders can only be fulfilled on parts that are in stock at the time your order is placed.
We do not process or ship rush orders outside our normal business hours, on weekends, or when closed for holidays or severe weather.
All Rush AOG orders will be shipped via 1-day, 2-day or 3-day service at the customer's expense. Rush AOG orders do not qualify for free shipping. Note that FedEx and UPS do not guarantee delivery times on expedited services; Univair will not reduce or refund shipping costs if your order is not delivered within the expected time frame. We do not use the U.S. Postal Service to ship Rush AOG orders.
At present, Univair does not charge a rush fee on Rush AOG orders. Please limit your rush orders to actual “Aircraft On Ground” situations.
International Customers
At this time, Univair does not offer Rush AOG delivery options for customers outside of the United States.
