We do not guarantee that all items for sale through our website, catalog or advertising are in stock at all times.
Univair carries over 20,000 parts in our inventory, with about 3,000 of those items being sold in such large volumes (our top sellers) that stock levels turnover almost monthly. With an inventory this large, shortages and out-of-stock items are bound to happen.
If you want to know if a part is in stock before ordering, please call our sales department during regular business hours or email your assigned salesperson.
- Items we purchase from outside vendors take an average of 2 to 4 weeks to get back into our warehouse. However, some vendors are taking up to 8 months or more on certain products.
- Parts manufactured at Univair take 4 to 6 weeks on average to replenish inventory.
- Build-to-order parts manufactured at Univair require an average of 8 weeks to complete.
Note that the times quoted above are averages only. Some parts may take more or less time than shown above.
If an item is out of stock, our sales staff can provide an expected restock date based on the best information available to us. However, we do not make any guarantees about when an out-of-stock item will become available again.
A NOTE ABOUT PRICING: Backordered, special order, and built-to-order items are subject to price increases, i.e. the final price may be higher than what was quoted when the order was placed. Univair reserves the right to adjust the prices of products at the time your order is shipped.
