How to Return an Item

Items must have been ordered from Univair to be able to return it for credit. Univair parts purchased through our distributors must be returned to them – not Univair – for credit.


All returns must be authorized in advance. No refunds will be given for merchandise returned without prior authorization.

  • To receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization), please contact us via email or phone with your order number, the parts being returned, and the reason for returning them.
  • There will be a 10% restock charge assessed if it is determined that Univair is not at fault.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer pays shipping charges on returned items.
  • ORDERS THAT RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING: If a returned item drops the original order value under the threshold for the free shipping promotion (below $300.00/ground or $3,000/freight), you will be charged for the shipping fees on the original shipment.
