Items must have been ordered from Univair to be able to return it for credit. Univair parts purchased through our distributors must be returned to them – not Univair – for credit.
All returns must be authorized in advance. No refunds will be given for merchandise returned without prior authorization.
- To receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization), please contact us via email or phone with your order number, the parts being returned, and the reason for returning them.
- There will be a 10% restock charge assessed if it is determined that Univair is not at fault.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Customer pays shipping charges on returned items.
- ORDERS THAT RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING: If a returned item drops the original order value under the threshold for the free shipping promotion (below $300.00/ground or $3,000/freight), you will be charged for the shipping fees on the original shipment.
